DESCRIPTION:Parker High School will again be holding a parade through the town to honor the graduating seniors of the Class of 2023. The Parker Town Council approved the parade permit and route at their May 2 meeting. The parade itself will start at 6:30 p.m. on Thursday\, May 25\, at the entrance to the Parker High athletic fields at 18th Street and Ocotillo.\n\nThis parade will take place prior to the commencement ceremony which will take place at 8 p.m. May 25 at Joe Bush Stadium.\n\nThe schedule and parade route are as follows: \n\n5:45 to 6:15 p.m. Graduates are to report to the athletic fields to line up for the parade.\n\n6:15 p.m. Gates will close\n\n6:30 p.m. Parade will begin.\n\nThis is the parade route:\n\nRight turn on 18th Street to Joshua Avenue\n\n \n\nLeft turn on Joshua Avenue to Agency Road\n\nLeft turn on Agency Road to Ocotillo Avenue\n\nLeft turn on Ocotillo Avenue to 18th Street\n\nThe parade will end with vehicles returning to the athletic fields.\n\nAgency Road will be closed starting at 6 p.m. from Joshua to Ocotillo Avenues.
