Join S.C.S.C. at La Paz County Park in putting on this annual two-day event along the Colorado River.  Race fans will be treated to a sprint boat race with some 15 classes of power boats featuring some of the fastest boats in the nation. \n\nRound # 1 for the 2023 SCSC Championship series kicks off with the Crackerbox class\, always a crowd favorite with their two man or woman team bouncing down the straightaway at over 100 mph\, the incredibly fast K Racing Runabouts\, Blown Alcohol Flatbottom with speeds over 150+ mph! Grand Nationals featuring both blown and naturally aspirated endurance sprint boats\, the Formula 1 Tunnel boats class will be on hand to show off their speed and agility around the tight 1   course along with Pro Stock\,  Sportsman Extreme Runabout\, GPS 105 runabout classes start their 2023 Championship run.  Last but certainly not least\, the best sportsman limited stock outboard racers from across the Western part of the country return to La Paz County Park to get set to compete!\n\n \n\nTop racers from all over the country will test their driving talents against other drivers and the waters of the Colorado River.  There will be great racing action as all racers will be competing for their chance at victory!  \n\n \n\nCome and enjoy this annual spectacle of boat racing at La Paz County Park.  Admittance is $10/adult/vehicle at the gate! Spectator parking is in the designated parking lot area. Please\, absolutely no spectator vehicles will be allowed in the pits!   Grab some sunscreen and treat the family to this great annual event on the river!
