Operations Technician
Job Summary: The Operations Technician is responsible for both the outdoor & indoor setup and installation of the fiber optic infrastructure. This role involves working outside to prepare and connect fiber optic cables, ensuring reliable service delivery to customers. Additionally, this position will perform all indoor installation operations including but not limited to running fiber, Cat 5 Ethernet cabling, mounting of wall jacks, and installation & Activation of our Optical Network Terminal (ONT).
