DESCRIPTION:Greetings from the La Paz County Health Department:  Parker Indian Health Services will be offering a Certified Food Protection Manager training with Proctored Exam in Parker!  This 2 day class will not have a fee for the course\; HOWEVER\, the training materials must be purchased and IN HAND for the class.  Books with Exam Answer sheet ESX7 may be purchased from ServSafe Website for ($70.30 + tax and shipping). You must have materials BEFORE the class so order early.\n\n\n\n Register and secure your seat by emailing your interest to Kayla Davis at kayla.davis@ihs.gov\n\n\n\n This is a wonderful opportunity at a reduced cost to train additional staff members!\n\n\n\nArizona Administrative Code and the FDA Food Code requires that a Certified Food Protection Manager be onsite during all hours of operation!
