Our company is expanding, and we are looking to add an amazing member to our Front office squad! Our ideal person enjoys answering calls and engaging with people, so 90% of this role is spent on the phone and creating happy clients within each touch point! This is a full time position and pays $14 per hour plus benefits. 
All incoming calls generally last less than 5 minutes and will require detailed note taking and multitasking.  During down time other responsibilities include maintaining lite data entry, daily email requests from our consultant team, sorting, and handling impounded/wrecked vehicle claims as well as providing general office support to team and/or visitors.

Skills Needed:
Positive attitude and amazing team player Always a pleasant and happy vibe on the phone Proven experience with phones: office work, call center/customer care, switchboard, etc.
Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize work Attention to detail and problem-solving skills Excellent written and verbal communication skills Strong organizational skills with ability to multi-task High school diploma or equivalent
