Downtown Experience #2
COVID-19
Mitigation Measures Plan AS FOLLOWS:
The Parker Regional Chamber of Commerce and Tourism will be hosting their Downtown Experience #2 in conjunction with Best in the Desert’s Tech and Contingency on February 19, 2021. This event is outdoors downtown Parker, AZ.
We have had three meetings with Best in the Desert officials, Town of Parker officials and County and will hold another meeting after the BITD Parker 425 event. Here are the following safety precautions that we have in place:

Mitigation Measures Plan AS FOLLOWS:
The Parker Regional Chamber of Commerce and Tourism will be hosting their Downtown Experience #2 in conjunction with Best in the Desert’s Tech and Contingency on February 19, 2021. This event is outdoors downtown Parker, AZ.
We have had three meetings with Best in the Desert officials, Town of Parker officials and County and will hold another meeting after the BITD Parker 425 event. Here are the following safety precautions that we have in place:
- Space each vendor 6 feet apart
- All vendors agree to Insurance Liability Waiver
- Will have additional hand sanitizer bottles available to all booths and at registration table
- Wearing masks will be suggested
- Masks available for free at registration table
- Social Distancing will be recommended
- CDC Guidelines/COVID signs placed through event
- No Live Band
- Removing bleachers to minimize congregation
- Food Court
- Ordered a hand Sanitation station to be place near Food Court
- Will have all tables spaced 6 feet apart
- Will allow participants to bring their own chair
- Bar
- Partner with Third Party to ensure they meet CDC guidelines required
- “Walk up and Order” Bar only
- Not allowing participants to sit and drink at bar
