Message from the Executive Director
I am very excited to announce that we have an amazing set of workshops scheduled for you. Mr. David K. Aaker is available to speak with us this month. Mr. Aaker is an international speaker, trainer and author on Customer Service and Leadership. I have personally taken his classes and I want all of you to experience David's expertise on these subjects. Because David was a Chamber Executive for more than 20 years, he makes these sessions interesting, fun and on-point for business today.
I hope that you will send your managers and employees to one or more sessions and attend yourself. We made these sessions easy to access for all your team members. On the first day, Wednesday, March 21 we will host the Leadership for Business Success luncheon. The following day, Thursday, March 22, we will provide two convenient sessions on Customer Service: Inside & Out. All three sessions will be held at BlueWater Resort & Casino in the Mohave Room.
