Position Summary

The Data Entry Clerk is responsible for helping to maintain records, running reports, and recording data. This position ensures the accurate and complete data record keeping and produces reports.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

The essential functions include, but are not limited to the following:
  • Maintain files and records to remain updated and easily accessible in the Environmental Waste Solutions and RCRA database. This includes but is not limited to RCRA uploads, and profile downloads.
  • Complete Container receiving reports based on manifests.
  • Create a manifest for outbound loads.
  • Utilize office appliances such as photocopiers, printers, and computers for word processing, spreadsheet creation, etc.
  • Assist in office management and organization procedures, including filing.
  • Assist in office housekeeping and cleaning.
  • Perform other office duties as assigned.

Minimum Qualifications (Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities)

  • High School Diploma or GED equivalent.
  • Exceptional organization and time management skills.
  • Work independently.
  • Multitask efficiently.
  • High attention to detail, ability to take directions, self-check, and follow up on work.
