Position Summary

The Data Entry Clerk is responsible for helping to maintain records, running reports, and recording data. This position ensures the accurate and complete record keeping of data and produces reports.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

The essential functions include, but are not limited to the following:

· Maintain files and records so they remain updated and easily accessible in the Environmental Waste Solutions and RCRA database. This includes but is not limited to RCRA uploads, and profile downloads.

· Complete Container receiving reports based off manifests.

· Create manifest for outbound loads.

· Utilize office appliances such as photocopier, printers etc. and computers for word processing, spreadsheet creation etc.

· Assist in office management and organization procedures, to include filing.

· Assist in office housekeeping and cleaning.

· Perform other office duties as assigned.

Minimum Qualifications (Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities)

· High School Diploma or GED equivalent.

· Exceptional organization and time management skills.

· Work independently.

· Multitask efficiently.

· High attention to details, ability to take directions, self-check and follow up on work.

· Basic knowledge of MS Office Word and Excel, QuickBooks, or other accounting software.

· Basic to intermediate computer and typing skills.

· Ability to apply discretion, trust with confidential company information.

Specific vision abilities required by this position include close vision, distance vision, peripheral vision, and the ability to adjust focus. The noise level in the work environment is usually moderate.
