Life Care Planning presented by Marle Ethelbah
Please attend this free presentation on Life Care Planning. We will be discussing the importance of planning your end of life wishes. In this presentation we will go over Medical Health Care Power of Attorney forms as well as Living Wills and Do Not Resuscitate forms. There will be time for questions and we will be distributing Life Care Planning packets.
