Parker, AZ – The Parker Regional Chamber of Commerce & Tourism is seeking a energetic and innovative Executive Director to lead its mission of supporting local businesses, promoting tourism, and fostering community engagement. This announcement follows the resignation of the current Executive Director, who expressed gratitude for the opportunity to serve the Parker region and the Chamber’s members.

As the Designated Office of Marketing (DOM) for the State of Arizona and the Town of Parker, the Chamber plays a fundamental role in shaping the region’s identity and visibility. The new Executive Director will be instrumental in advancing the Chamber’s goals through strategic leadership, financial sustainability, event management, and community collaboration.
Key Responsibilities Include:
- Driving organizational change and fostering innovation.
- Overseeing financial planning and identifying diverse revenue streams.
- Implementing impactful marketing strategies to promote Parker and its businesses.
- Building strong partnerships with stakeholders to advocate for local and regional priorities.
- Planning and executing community events that engage and inspire.
The ideal candidate will bring proven experience in organizational leadership, financial management, marketing, and event planning. A collaborative mindset, exceptional communication skills, and a passion for community-driven initiatives are essential for success in this role.
Compensation and Application Details:
The Executive Director position offers a competitive salary range of $60,000 to $75,000, commensurate with experience, with opportunities for performance-based incentives.
