Kyleen is a lifelong resident of Parker, Arizona, with a strong commitment to serving and strengthening her community through leadership, mentorship, and volunteerism. She currently serves on the Parker Regional Chamber of Commerce & Tourism Board of Directors and is passionate about supporting local businesses and community growth.

Kyleen has served on the Town of Parker Parks and Recreation Committee and as a member of Soroptimist International. She also serves as Treasurer for the Parker Panthers, where she has helped support and revitalize the cheer program, and as President of the La Paz County Youth Livestock Board, mentoring and encouraging the next generation.

Professionally, Kyleen serves as a Senior Accountant with EWS, bringing years of financial experience and a strong dedication to her community. Her leadership, experience, and passion for Parker make her a valuable member of the Chamber’s Board of Directors.

Louie Marsh has dedicated more than 30 years to serving the Parker community through ministry, volunteerism, and civic involvement. Ordained in 1975, Louie has devoted his life to helping others and strengthening the community he calls home.

Louie currently serves on the Parker Regional Chamber of Commerce & Tourism Board of Directors, where he is committed to supporting local businesses, building community connections, and contributing to the continued growth of the Parker area.

His service extends throughout La Paz County, including involvement with CISM, LEPC, and OFR, as well as more than a decade serving as Chaplain for the United States Marine Raider Association. Louie has also supported local families through food, gas assistance, and free biblical counseling.

Through his compassion, leadership, and dedication to service, Louie continues to make a lasting impact on Parker and La Paz County.

Tammy has proudly served clients at Beaver Insurance for over 20 years and brings extensive experience and knowledge to her role as Agency Manager. She is dedicated to building lasting relationships with clients and helping individuals, families, and businesses find the insurance coverage that best meets their needs.

In addition to her Arizona Property & Casualty License, Tammy is licensed in Life & Health insurance and is also licensed to conduct business in the State of California. Her commitment to personalized service and her deep understanding of the insurance industry make her a valued resource for the clients and community she serves.

Karina Santillan serves as the Information & Tourism Specialist for the Parker Regional Chamber of Commerce & Tourism, where she helps promote Parker, connect visitors and residents with local resources, and support community events and initiatives.

A dedicated community leader, Karina serves on the Town of Parker Parks & Recreation Committee and the Youth Soccer Club Committee. She is actively involved throughout the community and is passionate about creating opportunities for local families and youth.

With a background in advocacy, Karina brings a strong voice for the community and a commitment to helping others. She is also a mentor and leader who enjoys building relationships, supporting local organizations, and contributing to the continued growth and success of Parker.
